Corrugated paper layer pads can be produced in different thickness namely single-wall, double-wall and triple wall. Layer pads are ideal for the palletisation of automotive components and are available in a variety of materials. Corrugated cardboard layer pads Layer pads are available in single, double & triple wall, depending on the application & rigidity required. They can be flat sheets, as in the image above to support a dashboard, or die cut to locate and isolate vulnerable automotive components and assemblies. Layer pads can be creased and folded too, creating incredibly rigid structures to support heavy loads for domestic and global distribution. They are rigid and light weight at the same time. These sheets are reusable (up to 50 trips) with a low damage rate per trip. They have a printable surface and are 100% recyclable. Our layer pads are also available with sealed edges. This helps to improve hygiene and simplify the cleaning process.
